Our management team specialize in securing qualified tenants and in managing your property with the best care possible. All clients have online access to their properties records and documents allowing you to pull a variety of reports whenever you want from wherever you are. Whether you have a single home to rent or a whole portfolio of properties we have the tools in place to take care of your needs big and small. We also manage Condo and Home Owner Associations. Our software allows association members to log into their account on line to view balances and print statements. 

Getting Started:

Managers evaluate and make recommendations on each home to ensure it is ready to hit the market in the best possible condition. Photos are taken inside and out for advertising and to document condition. We post a professional sign at the property. (restrictions may apply). The homes are advertised heavily online. They are posted on our company site as well as the most popular rental sites such as Apartment List, Lovely, Trulia, Zillow and Apartments to name a few. We also use Social Media to promote listings, posting on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Complete Tenant Screening:

All applications are verified for accuracy and a complete credit and background check is performed. We pull a full credit report from TransUnion and a complete background check which includes the following data bases: National Sex Offenders, FBI's Most Wanted, Multi State Criminal, Terrorism Watch List and Eviction History Lists.

Approved Tenant, Now What?

After securing a verified and qualified tenant our team will handle the leasing and perform a walk through documenting condition and acceptance. We handle the rent collection and take all tenant calls. Maintenance issues are handled through our maintenance division who verifies the issue and coordinates with licensed contractors for repairs. At the end of a lease we complete the final walk through and process the security deposit disposition.

New Lease Signing Fee:   We ONLY get paid AFTER we have approved and moved in a qualified tenant!

Monthly Collection Fee:   We ONLY get paid IF YOU DO. If we don't collect rent we don't charge our fee!
